The greatest increase has occurred in Alicante, where they have grown by 22.3%, followed by Valencia (21.5%) and Palma (21.4%). With increases of less than 20% are Málaga (19.1%), Barcelona (15.4%) and Soria (15.1%). In Madrid, prices grew by 10.2%, in Seville by 7.7% and in Bilbao by 4.3%.
