In February 2010, a group of Spanish executives with more than 20 years of experience in Strategic, Legal and Financial Consulting and Real Estate decided to join forces under the same firm.

This company was able to leverage the experience that each executive brought to the table in order to offer our clients a package of services ranging from the most basic needs of any company to the most complex issues, such as corporate structures, financial restructurings, tax studies, financial analysis, mergers, acquisitions, generation transition in private companies and many others.

From the launch until 2017, this firm established increasingly strong links with international companies, signing several agreements that enabled a significant expansion of its services portfolio. For instance, specialised departments were created covering the areas of Corporate Finance and Wealth Management.

In 2018, with the aim of becoming more competitive in international markets, the company decided to establish a subsidiary in the United Kingdom. Departments such as Finance, Investments, Hydrocarbons, as well as the Private Equity Division are led from there.

Today, our client portfolio includes both investors (private clients, corporations and investment funds) looking for investment opportunities and alternatives, as well as companies looking for financial support to make their development plans a success.
